St Clement University is officially registered by the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Higher Education of the Southwest State of Somalia.
The university was first granted registration in 2006 by the Transitional Federal Government of the Republic of Somalia, based in Baidoa. Since then, the university has successfully maintained its registered status through all subsequent governmental transitions, ensuring continuous recognition.
